I wanted a small treadmill that didn't break the bank. Folds flat. I only wanted to walk slowly (which it does perfectly), but the thing goes up to 7 miles an hour. The handle bar is sturdy. It meets all expectations. Just we careful walking barefoot. Toesies

This is a great treadmill for my office. It's not loud at all and is smooth to run on. It is a little heavy to move room to room. Definitely worth the price and would recommend.
