We have been using this for a couple month.. set up was easy... its nothing fancy but if you are looking to just walk or light jog a couple times a week it definitely does the trick

Update: Customer service was prompt and helpful. They offered to send me parts/instructions to fix, however since I already bought another I asked for a full refund which I received quickly. Took it out of the box, plugged in, turned on power switch and does
